Shame is a quiet yet powerful emotion. You may recognize it as withdrawal, as inner stagnation, as the feeling of not being enough. Shame often operates in secret – yet profoundly influences how we feel, act, present ourselves, or hide. That's precisely why it deserves our attention.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, you'll have the opportunity to better understand shame—not analytically from the outside, but with inner clarity and an open, safe space. You'll discover the role shame plays in your life—and how you can develop more freedom, connection, and self-compassion through new perspectives.
👉 Did you miss the first part?
No problem – when you book this second part, you'll automatically receive access to the recording of the first workshop , which you can watch at your own pace. This way, you can fully understand the content of the entire program – even afterward.
What awaits you:
🌀 A deep insight into the dynamics and function of shame – with Dr. Stephan Marks , internationally recognized expert on the psychodynamics of shame
💬 Impulses and research on shame, dignity, vulnerability and healthy pride
🪞 Reflection: How does shame manifest itself in your everyday life, your body, your relationships – and on a societal level?
🧭 Practice: You will learn how to develop a language and awareness for shame
