Resilience in depth – and trauma-sensitive support for coaches, trainers and mindfulness-based teachers
(Online course with trainer material)
– Flexible self-study at your pace
It is our goal to provide you with an appreciative and at the same time well-founded access and perhaps even a new perspective on this resource.
This two-part video course introduces modern resilience methods based on body-oriented, narrative, and imaginative approaches. The practice is based on proven approaches such as EMDR, PITT, IFS, ACT, and Buddhist psychology. The exercises are resource-oriented, trauma-sensitive, and applicable to everyday life—for individuals as well as groups.
In addition, the course includes an accompanying train-the-trainer level with three in-depth teaching videos, specific tips for trauma-sensitive support, and trainer scripts for creating safe spaces.
Why this course?
- As a coach, trainer or teacher, you design processes in which people open up – consciously or unconsciously.
-
In these processes, old wounds can also be touched.
- You need tools to keep these moments mindful.
- Trauma sensitivity is not a therapeutic action, but a keen sense for what people really need: security, orientation, regulation.
This course offers you practical, well-founded methods for strengthening your resilience – beyond surface knowledge. You'll learn not only for yourself, but also at a train-the-trainer level , allowing you to pass these tools on in coaching, leadership, or therapeutic contexts.
