Breathing is more than just a physical process – it influences our nervous system, our emotions and our inner attitude towards life.
We invite you to an online evening where we will discover together the power of breathing and its connection to meaning in life. In addition to scientific input, there will be very practical exercises and space for exchange in the group.
In this workshop you will learn:
- How your breath regulates your nervous system and influences your emotions (and vice versa)
- What parallels exist between breathwork and logotherapy (=meaning-centered psychotherapy); for example, we cannot always change our circumstances, but our attitude towards them – as well as our breathing
- Three everyday breathing techniques for more relaxation, balance and activation
In addition to scientific input, there is space for guided breathing exercises and short reflection sessions to integrate your experiences. Come with us on an inspiring journey to more clarity, calm and inner creativity!
