WAIT – Why Am I Talking?
The masterclass is truly wonderful and I recommend it 110%. It has profoundly changed my understanding of listening, and perhaps more importantly, my listening behavior – it's easier for me to stay present and perceive listening as a gift. Thank you so much for the great sessions, the exchange, and the inspiration!
– Julian Arnowski
Change the quality of your listening and your relationships.
Who is the course for?
This course is ideal for agile and team coaches, managers, consultants, and anyone who wants to sustainably improve the quality of their meetings and thus their collaboration. If you want to deepen your listening skills and thus strengthen relationships, the Listening Masterclass is exactly right for you.
Understand the difference between curiosity and interest and learn how we can train and continually refocus our attention - experience how important your intention is for listening.
Our "SPACE" model and materials will help you understand the qualities that define good listening. You'll also learn and apply the essential components of Time To Think. This will help you develop your skills from mindful, active, empathic, to generative listening, and will explore both sides of the spectrum.
- Improve your communication - as a coach, supervisor, trainer or consultant
- Strengthen relationships and make encounters a special experience
- Optimize your moderation and facilitation – in digital and analogue space
- Learn to approach teams and customers empathetically
- Discover the difference mindful listening can make
