"Categorizing emotions into negative and positive is one of the biggest mistakes in psychology."
Have you ever been angry because you were angry? As a mindful and balanced person, a "negative" emotion like anger is a no-go, isn't it? In the same way, we are told not to let our fear guide us. And we shouldn't mourn a shattered dream and instead look forward. We hear this advice and yet the emotion remains. An emotion is stubborn if we don't understand it. Every emotion has a message for us. This must be heard and accepted. If we understand and use all emotions as guardians of life, this increases our well-being, reduces stress and strengthens our resilience.
In this masterclass, we would like to invite you to rethink emotions. In a total of four modules, you will receive science-based tools to use your emotions so that they work for you and not against you. At its core, it is about harmonizing your relationship with your own emotions.
