What you can expect from Search Inside Yourself
In recent years, Search Inside Yourself has established itself as the most successful employee and training program at companies such as SAP, Salesforce, Daimler and many other organizations.
It was originally developed at Google and is now based at the SIY Global Institute. Lumen is a certified partner of SIY Global.

After the appointments, each participant receives a 28-day impulse series , which concludes with a 90-minute short seminar .
Our trainers Tatjana Wittig and Klaus Motoki Tonn are both internationally certified trainers and coaches .
The seminar will be held entirely in German . All participants will receive a certificate and all training slides .
Prices are per person and include food and drinks for 2.5 days.
