What to expect at Search Inside Yourself

Search Inside Yourself has established itself in recent years as the most successful employee and training programme at companies such as SAP, Salesforce, Daimler and many other organizations.

It was originally developed at Google and is now based at the SIY Global Institute. Lumen is a certified partner of SIY Global.

After the sessions, each participant receives a 28-day impulse series, which concludes with a 90-minute short seminar.

Our trainers Tatjana Wittig and Klaus Motoki Tonn are both internationally certified trainers and coaches.

The seminar is held entirely in German. All participants will receive a certificate and all the training slides.

Your trainers:

Klaus Motoki Tonn is founder, creative mind, expert for strategy, communication and culture.

He looks back on over 22 years of experience in corporations, startups and social businesses. As founder of Lumen, he builds communities such as Finde Zukunft and passionately curates topics in the field of identity, purpose and meaning.

Klaus Motoki Tonn is certified as a trainer for stress management and as a breathing coach according to §20 SGB, as a facilitator for Search Inside Yourself and Time To Think ©. Klaus Motoki Tonn teaches at Lisbon MBA and has designed over 150 training courses in the areas of emotional intelligence, mindfulness and communication. He is the author of the book “Ikigai: The Secret of Small Things”, published by Penguin Random House.

Rainer Koch is a long-standing expert in process art, inner work and postmodern spirituality.

He is the developer of the meditation and mindfulness app “Evermore - Holy Moments” and a lover of holistic transformation processes. He is currently founding “SNOW - Die Resonanz-Manufaktur”. Rainer is a new SIY teacher and systemic coach.
