- Practical exercises and techniques to integrate mindfulness into everyday life, such as the "3 Breaths" exercise and the "Body Scan".
July 24:
Neuroscientific basics and their application
- Understand the neuroscientific principles behind mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
- Discover how the brain responds to stress and how you can build resilience.
- Apply neuroscientific findings in concrete exercises, such as "Focused Attention" and "Open Awareness".
July 31:
Building Empathy and Compassion
- Develop a deeper understanding of empathy and compassion.
- Learn how to use these skills in your daily interactions.
- Exercises to promote empathy and compassion in different contexts, such as "Seeing Similarities & Offering Kindness" and "Empathetic Listening".
August 7:
Compassionate Leadership in Practice
- Learn how you can create a positive work environment through compassionate leadership.
- Strategies and techniques for implementing compassionate leadership in your team or company.
- Case studies and practical examples of compassionate leadership.
- How to master difficult conversations and conflicts with emotional intelligence.
- Exercises on mindful listening, active listening, mindful dialogue and empathetic listening, such as "Mindful Listening" and "Mindful Conversation".
- Resilience exercises such as "SBNRR" (Stop, Breathe, Notice, Reflect, Respond) and "Resilience Journaling".
Bonus session:
As a special highlight, we are offering a bonus session at the end of August (Doodle vote). We will meet on site in Hanover for a relaxed walk and end the summer with a leisurely finish. This session offers the opportunity to reflect on and deepen what you have learned in nature, including forest bathing, breathing exercises, focus exercises and resilience training. A special exercise will be generative listening. We will end the time together over lunch.
